Mochii Pet Gift Card

Mochii Pet Gift Cards are delivered digitally by email shortly after your purchase has been successfully completed. Your email will contain a unique Gift Card code, which can be forwarded to your recipient or printed if you prefer to give it in person.

Mochii Pet Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be included in your Gift Card email. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date cannot be redeemed or reinstated.

No. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash or store credit, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Your Gift Card can be used towards eligible products available on the Mochii Pet website, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

Yes. If your purchase total is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be used towards future purchases until the balance is exhausted or the Gift Card expires. You can check your remaining Gift Card balance at any time in the following ways: Via your Gift Card email: When your Gift Card is purchased, you'll receive an email containing your unique Gift Card code and a link to view your Gift Card. This page displays your current remaining balance. At checkout: Enter your Gift Card code during checkout and Shopify will automatically display your remaining balance before you complete your purchase. Using your Gift Card link: You can revisit your Gift Card at any time using the unique link included in your original Gift Card email to view your current balance. If you can no longer locate your Gift Card email, please contact our friendly customer support team. We'll be happy to assist after verifying your purchase details.

If your order total exceeds your available Gift Card balance, you can simply pay the remaining amount using any of our accepted payment methods at checkout.

Yes. Items purchased using a Gift Card are covered by our standard Returns Policy. If a return is approved, any refund for the portion paid using a Gift Card will generally be issued as a new Gift Card or store credit, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you purchased the Gift Card directly from Mochii Pet and have your order details, please contact us. We will do our best to help locate your Gift Card. To protect against unauthorised use, we may ask you to verify your purchase before providing assistance. Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Mochii Pet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards

Unless otherwise stated as part of a Mochii Pet promotion, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied when purchasing a Gift Card. However, Gift Cards may be redeemed in conjunction with eligible promotional offers, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

Yes. By purchasing or redeeming a Mochii Pet Gift Card, you agree to the following: Gift Cards are valid for purchases made through the Mochii Pet website only. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. Gift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD). Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Mochii Pet. Mochii Pet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or void any Gift Card or associated order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, misuse, or a breach of these terms. Mochii Pet reserves the right to correct the balance of a Gift Card where a technical, administrative, or processing error has occurred. Gift Cards are not legal tender, credit cards, debit cards, or securities. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
